babysitter for 3 h a day

Hello!
We are an Italian family and we are looking for a babysitter for our child of 14 months.
We need a person that can play with him for about 3 hours, from 2:30 pm to 5:15 pm, at our home while we are working from home. The rest of the time our son will be at the nursery.
It will be a plus if you can be available also in case of emergency as my husband and I both work full time.

We are fully vaccinated against corona virus (3 doses). Our request is addressed to persons who are vaccinated.
